Dont open or click anything [anything = attachments, links... etc] on
the email. Delete it and move on to a full AV scan. Ideally you shouldnt
be opening emails/attachments from "someone" with a Hotmail account.
Safe email usage demands utmost caution even when opening
messages/attachments from "known" sources.

If you have actually clicked the attachment, run your AntiVirus
[which should have caught it... just hope that its updated], determine
what virus you are afflicted with and look up websites at Symantec or
McAfee or wherever you want for instructions on removal/disinfection.
