Been working for me. I can login using their webmail interface, or I can
yank my e-mails using YahooPOPs into Outlook 2002.

You don't explain what you mean by "problems getting into yahoo". Is there
no route from you to them (do a traceroute)? Can you ping them? Can you
open their login web page but it doesn't accept your username and password?
You get past the login but a following page doesn't display? Your
description is far to vague to provide help.
