Outlook Express address book file

I just received a new computer from work. Our IT support
group did the transfer of data files on my hard drive
from my old computer to my new computer. I can access
all my emails (stored and in my inbox) but my address
book is now empty.

Can anyone tell me what the address book file is named,
where it might be on my computer and how I instruct
Outlook Express to access this file for my address book?
