IE7 Crashes when using tabs and links

Anyone else out there getting the following issue?

I use the tabs - browse thru a web page and use the right-click option to
'open in a new tab'. Great idea, saves lots of windows...

BUT

IE7 does an instant CRASH when after starting several tabs going, I then
click a link in the open tab...

It either has to do with the number of tabs open (say around 6 or so) or the
fact that a link is clicked within the open tab while other tabs have been
started.

WTF is the fix for that, then??
