Force opening vbs instead of dialog box open save cancel

Hi,
By cllicking a button on the asp.net interface of my intranet, the employee
call an Url : file:// ... /MyVbsFile.vbs.
But the dialog box open, save or cancel always appeared. So, the user must
click Open each times. How to force opening directly please ?
I changed the explorer settings : Type of folders -> vbs -> advanced,
without success.
