removing default page from IE 5.5

    hi all;

    I'm in great fix with my laptop. A few days before, someone used my laptop
    for internet surfing and now i am SUFFERING from that.

    An unknown "adult" program (tickler) is downloaded to my system which after
    every 5-7 minutes comes up on the screen adding to my hassle.

    Also, whenever i start internet explorer, a default page bearing ip address
    http://213.159.117.134/index.php shows up. I tried to remove that but to no
    avail.

    I request u all to help me ASAP permanently.

    Please note that I'm using WINDOWS ME.
