IE 6 and Outlook Express Links

Hi,
we want to update our unsere Clients from IE 5.5 to IE 6 SP1.
To do this we use IEAK 6.
At the "Outlook Express"-Options there is the Option
"Remove all Outlook Express Links". But when I activate this option the
links in the Quick Launch an in the Start->Programs-Menu are existent.
Why is this so? What is necessary to make the OE-Links disappear??
