Toolbar problems

Hi
I use IE6 in full screen mode and have the Yahoo and Google toolbars
attached.
I've manage to incorporate these two extra toolbars intoi the 'normal'
toolbar in a single line.

How can i get them back into separate lines? I can move the components along
from side to side but not pull the toolbar down to enlarge it.

Any help would be welcome.
