web server performance monitoring

Hi,
We want to monitor our web server, How it is performing. An article at MSDN
suggest the following counters to monitor but I think there must be some
other counters as well e.g. Request execution Time etc. If any one have any
idea about any other counter which should be monitored then kindly suggest.
Need your suggestion gurus.
