Pesky FrontPage / IIS log errors

I am continually getting the following error even though I
have gone into IIS and ensured these items are checked for
logging. Its been a difficult one to debug ... and any
help would be much appreciated.

Platform is Windows 2K Server running IIS /w FP2002
extensions.

"Not enough information is being logged. The following
fields are missing from the log file:
  URI Stem (cs-uri-stem)
  Protocol Status (sc-status)"
