cannot apply qsumrhit.htw and qfullhit.htw to pdf files

Hi folks
I've just installed the PDF filter from Adobe and it seems to work fine in
indexing pdf documents.
The onlt problem is that when i try to apply the qsumrhit.htw and/or
qfullhti.htw to the pdf document i obtain a blank page with a access denied
message.
Any help would be appreciated
