qfullhit.htw can not be found

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

When performing a search via the web interface, I get
results and can view the document. When I press the link
to see the Summary or the Hightlight text in document, I
recieve the following errors:

File /qfullhit.htw.
The template file specified in CiTemplate cannot be found

or

File /qsumrhit.htw.
The template file specified in CiTemplate cannot be found.

I have searched the entire Index Server's hard drive as
Admin but do not have copies of these files. Where are
they and how can I avoid this error message?
