Hi Hilary
Thanks for your reply. The users inform me that the rights
on the network haven't changed but I tend to agree with
you and believe that this is acctually what is causing the
problem. When the problem first came to light I suggested
that rights had changed but of course the reply from the
users was the usual reply of "no-one has done anything and
nothing has changed"!
