Security listing

My windows account gets repeatedly locked out. By using Microsoft's
LockoutStatus tool and the security log, I was able to correlate my
lockouts to IIS requests on a report server, although the IIS service
does not run as my user.
My hunch is that one of the virtual directories or files in IIS has my
username listed with a wrong password as the account to use for
anonymous access. The problem is that I don't know which file or
directory. There are hundreds and I've looked through all the obvious
ones.
Would information about failed IIS logins be in the IIS logs? I
couldn't find it in there.
Is there a way that I could get a listing of the user account IIS for
anonymous logins for all pages/directories?
Forgive me if these are dumb questions. I have no experience with
IIS.
Thanks
.
