IIS 5, stops external port 80 traffic, not internal

Hi.

I've got a Windows 2000 Server running IIS 5 (php, perl, mysql also).
Approximately two times a day it stops all external port 80 traffic, meaning
that no one can reach our websites. I've tried to connected thru ftp (from
an external location), and that works, but I can't get into the www dirs
though. Everything works perfectly when I'm located on the same LAN as the
server.
When the problem occur I can either reboot the server or reset the NIC,
either one will make things work again.

The webserver is connected to internet thru a Cisco Pix, and has about 10
diferent virtual ip's on the NIC, one for each domain, wich the Pix NATs.

Hope this "makes sense" :)

Thanks...
