cdonts stopped working

We upgraded our spam software this weekend and put some patches on all of the
servers and then we noticed that CDONTS had stopped working.

We're using Win2000 and Win2003 on various servers. I realize that CDONTS
isn't supported anymore but it's been working and we haven't had a chance to
change our code yet.

When I put a test file in inetpub\mailroot\pickup nothing happens. The SMTP
service is running and I registered cdonts.dll again. Any ideas what might be
going on?
