Actually, I was referring to when it was uploaded by the server to the user
- and downloaded by them. You are correct.

The file is rather small, about 1 Mb is size. No, I have neither SSL or
compression enabled (that I'm aware of) and I'm using standard HTML with a
link. You can view the page and dowload the file at:

Just click on the graphic to download it.
