You need to set your system to not use a proxy for local addresses.
Don't know how AnalogX proxy works so I can't help there.
Try:
Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings ->
Uncheck everything.
If that works, it's your proxy that's your problem.
