urgent !!! IUSR issue

-The server was unable to logon the Windows NT account 'IUSR_machinename' due to the following error: Logon failure: user not allowed to log on to this computer. The data is the error code. -

We got this error after full system patch. All sites hosted by this web server are inaccessible.
