Hi Mattias.

_vti_script is not the folder you were looking for.

You should only need to set "Execute Permissions" to "Scripts and
Executables".

What version of MapServer are you using?

If you run the mapserv.exe from the command line, does it complain about
msvcr70.dll? If so, you will need that file and place it somewhere the
application can access it (in the bin folder of MapServer, or
\Windows\System)

If you have changed any system variables (as per the installation
instructions), please make sure you restart the machine.

Now try to get browse the CGI application again.

Do you still have a this error message?

"The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete
set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:"

You might also want to check with MapServer support, since it is their CGI
application that misbehaves.
