No, the issue just began after the SP4 install. I just tried this IISADMIN
thing before and just after SP4 and i don't have installed any of the tools
you said.
I had this problem two years ago and i was able to fix this changing some
instruction in a IISADMIN asp or inc file (i googled and find the info), but
a full HD failure did me reinstall all now and i don't remember the fix any
more.
Like a side note, i have this machine configured like a domain controller too.
It is a Spanish Windows 2000
Some ideas?
