Not to state the obvious but you are adding IPs to the Network Properties
under Internet Protocol first. Then when adding a new website, the
configuration properties still only shows 2 options for IP address: (all
unassigned) and (one actual IP)? I run dual NICs and 20 IPs for the first
and 1 for the 2nd. As long as the IPs are setup for the NIC itself under
advanced - the IPs should be available for IIS.
