Hello,

My understanding of your post is that there is a problem with name
resolving. You need to configure the DNS server (your internal) so that
your internal clients finds the correct webserver.

You can verify if this is the problem by doing this on a client:

Open a cmd prompt.
Type nslookup www.domain.com
It should now resolve to the IP of your webserver, if it does not, you
have a problem with DNS.

If you need more help with this, the people in the DNS newsgroup should be
able to help you.
