Are you running both IIS and Apache on port 80?

If you are running IIS on port 80, and then you added Apache on some other
port (eg port 81), then it may be that your ISP is blocking access to port
80.

The fact that you can reach IIS from within your LAN means that IIS is
working. So something else is wrong. When I asked you to post the error
message you were getting, please do so, and post the *exact* error message
you are getting. "Cannot find server or DNS error" is an error returned by
IE when it can't even open a connection to the server, so something is
blocking it somewhere. My guess is that your ISP may be blocking port 80.
Try running IIS on a different port, and port-forwarding that alternate port
on your router.

Cheers
Ken
