Checkout the readme files for VS.NET - they explain how to install some
VS.NET server components on your web server. In the process, a local VS
Developers group will be created. Just add your developers' domain accounts
to this group. There will also be a share created named wwwroot$ pointing
to \Inetpub\wwwroot. IIRC, the group will be given NTFS change permissions
to this folder - if not do it yourself. VS.NET will then use this share to
connect to.
