I would check VERY carefully to make sure the page does not exist or
that the same page isn't also uploaded under the name of one of your
default documents. I have never heard of the server cacheing the page,
I would think it'd be more of a browser issue.

Does it also pull up through a different browser?

If you reboot your computer or restart your IIS server, does it still
shows the page. If it does, you can rule out cacheing.

Also, do you happen to have a regular directory with the same name as a
virtual directory in your web root?
