Hi guys,
i quick overview to our situation:
I installed a windows server 2003 (web edition) and wanted to move some
sites from our customers running on NT 4.0.
I got into the same problems as on NT -> after a certain time web pages
with DSN/ODBC/ADO-Connections don't answer.
We created a VERY simple asp page (open db -> read -> print -> close)
and tested if there are problems on windows or the customer pages...
But the same problems occurred (ADO / ODBC both with same results).

I've read about the KB 838306, may this the solution to our problem?

I Created a IISstatelog (see below).
