Re: loading html pages in frames

When my developers first came to me with the problem thats what I thought
too. But when I copy the shortcut into the browser...short cut is
http://server/temp/data/report.html it still wants to download the file. It
shouldn't do that. I think if we get that behavior fixed the link should
work correctly.
