I don't think any of those patches are known to cause an issue with IIS.

can you do the following for me

open a command prompt
type 'telnet'
at the telnet prompt typ 'open 127.0.0.1'
if it connects, type 'GET /'
see what comes back, if anything.

secondly, at the command prompt,
type 'netstat -a -o'
see what process id is listening on port 80/http
to find out what the name of that process is, get task manager up and check
under 'processes'
it should be inetinfo.exe

also type start->run->inetmgr and make sure the default website is running,
and that it's bound to port 80 under 'properties'
