Hi, we have installed a certificate in the certificate storage under LOCAL_MACHINE\MY.
We have given IWAM_machinename, Everyone, and NetworkService access to the certificate
like below:
winhttpcertcfg -g -c "LOCAL_MACHINE\MY" -s BooleanSoft -a IWAM_machinename
This:
winhttpcertcfg -l -c "LOCAL_MACHINE\MY" -s BooleanSoft
shows us that all the accounts have indeed been given access.
But still we get this error:
WinHttp.WinHttpRequest error '80072f8f'
A security error occurred
This is supposedly because there still is something missing with the access rights for the
certificate private key. The certificate works fine on the IIS 5.1 but not on the IIS 6 2003 Server,
what am I missing here ? Anyone ?
