This feature is not available in IIS 5.0.
What you can do is install metaedit 2.2 (google ms.com)

use export / import to text file feature.
- open metaedit, locate the virtual directory node, export to text file
- open the exported text file, change the site ID to the site that you want
to import.
e.g. [/LM/W3SVC/3/Root/Exchange]
- open metaedit again, go to destination website site node, select import,
read the instruction....

NOTE: make sure you backup your metabase first and do some testing first.
