Rerun the lockdown tool to undo the changes. Then look at:

URLScan:
http://microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/security/tools/tools/urlscan.asp
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;318290
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;307976
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;817807

Is directory listing denied on the virtual directory? By default it
normally is, check the properties on the directory in the IIs MMC.

For FrontPage publishing, check the FrontPage group. And make sure
you installed the FrontPage Extensions and extended them to the web.
