I've been tracking this field in the log for a month or so thanks to
earlier pointers in this group -- it doesn't seem all that out of whack --
but the question is where is the delay?

I have more bandwidth than I seem to know what to do with, so I don't think
it's a bandwidth thing; my requests queued are hovering around 0 almost
exclusively, so its not an ASP thing... but the graphics just take forever
to download... and IIS is supposed to do the static stuff with its eyes
closed. :-)
