Hi Ken,
I checked our Windows Server 2003 CD, and all three of our Windows Server
2003 boxes that have FSPE installed, and the owssvr.dll is not on the CD or
the boxes, but when I downloaded the FPSE (5.0.2.2623) from the Web, the
owssvr.dll is in the MSI file. The Web version is NOT for Windows Server 2003.

Perhaps Microsoft included this owssvr.dll file into the operating system of
the Windows Server 2003, and they did not update the IIS 6.0 Help to reflect
that the file no longer exists in the version of FPSE (5.0.2.5012) that ships
with Windows Server 2003?

I thought that with the file missing (owssvr.dll) it may be causing my
subweb publishing woes (frontpg.lck), but it now it looks like it is
something else.

Thank you,
Greg
