Certificate Revoked Error when Certificate Is Valid

I have seen numerous threads regarding this but I have not had much luck
solving my problem.

I have an IIS 5.0 machine (W2K) which is able to validate my certificate
just fine. However, an IIS 6 on W2003 is not able to validate the
certificate. I know the certificate is valid but not sure why IIS 6 is
having a problem.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
