I have just done the same thing
Heres what i did....
C:\WINDOWS\system32\IIsCnfg /copy /tu Administrator /tp myAdminPassword /ts
SecondaryWebserver
from the "Main" server
if im not mistaking IIsCnfg comes with iis so you should have it already...
