Hello Bret,
The most common reason for this is that your ISP has started to block port
80. Have you tried to run the website on another port for example 81, and
try to access it using http://ostendorf.homeip.net:81 (and of course open
port 81 in the firewall(s) )
Does that work?
It is of course also possible that you block port 80. When you install SP2
for Windows XP, the firewall is automatically enabled, and this will block
port 80. You will have to manually open this port. Maybe this is the
problem?
