I am trying to use the IISadmpwd on windows 2003 server to enable users to
change their own password. Unfortunately, the files windows 2003 have an
issue and Microsoft have an article regarding the iisadmpwd that it is not
functioning properly; however, the hotfix is nowhere to be found.

Does anybody know from where to get the hot fix. Please help.
