Thanks Pat, I'm aware of what the -sc flag is used for. I wasn't sure
about the error lines though:

The call to LoadLibrary(exts) failed, Win32 error 2
The system cannot find the file specified.
Please check your debugger configuration and/or network access.

Will this error cause any problems when iisstate creates a dump or log
file?
