Hi,
IIS 6.0 only comes with and runs on Windows Server 2003
If you bought Windows Server 2003 you would get the whole operating system -
which includes IIS. Exchange is a separate product so you would not get
that - unless you bought Small Business Server 2003 - then you would get
Windows Server 2003, Small Business Edition, and Exchange (and a few other
things). There is no problem running Exchange on the same machine as IIS -
and as a matter of fact, Exchange uses some IIS components like SMTP, and if
you install OWA, the web server as well.
