IIS Questions

Hello all, i'm new here. Looking for some answers to the following questions:
. Does IIS 6.0 come free with any Microsoft Operating System? I know XP
Professional came with IIS 5.
. If i were to buy Microsoft Windows Server 2003 what would i get besides
IIS 6.0? Is the Microsoft Exchange Server bundled in. Is there any conflict
in running Exchange and IIS on the same machine?
. If i were a small business and i was interested in building and hosting my
own web applications what type of hardware would you recommend the server be
on?
