Hi,
  Because the error happens by chance, I can not moniter the error on
browser. Is it possible for me to get the error in the server side or
event viewer or any third-party utility?
  After I review my log file, the ASP_0147 also happens on those pages
without scripts (only html with .asp extension).
  One more thing is after I reboot my server, ASP_0147 error
decreases, but still happens.
