Yes, Dave is totally right.
On Windows XP, yout can only host ONE website at a time, but this with full
functionallity.
If you want to host more websites (hostheadernames are needed for this, if
you have only one ip) than you need to buy a server or install another
webserver ( look at http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi).
But to the rest of your question:
- conntect normally to the internet
- get at www.no-ip.com or www.dyndns.org (or somewhere else) a dynamic
hostname and the updater tool
- copy your web-folder to the winxp-computer and change the base folder
of the standard website to the folder where your website is copied
- make changes to the "documents" tab in iis as needed (delete all
entries and put in the name of your start website)
For the first steps, this should fit.
Frontpage extensions are normally installed with "software" in system
control, equal the smtp-server(which must be configured individually)
