There are many ways this can be done and you have not been specific enough
about your environment. You could use FrontPage, Windows Explorer, Terminal
Services, FTP, etc. ...
As far as the path, by default it's C:\inetpub\wwwroot, but your
administrator may have changed it. Of course, if you use FrontPage, it will
put you right in the home/root folder of the site.
