Ignore the error and continue to install SP6a. This is a known issue. They
developed PWS and tested it on SP3 at the time and not SP4 or greater (b/c
they weren't out yet) and that's why you get that error message.
BTW, A lot of people were posting this question back in 1999 when they first
started encountering it. :)
