Clickstream log of user activity

I need to log and track all activity of visitors on my website., the
entry page .. exit page. How do I setup my server to log a unique
cookie for every visitor on my website. I'm look for something in the
lines of the Apache mod_usertrack module or is there a better way to
do this?
