Thanks for the reply pat. I will open a Microsoft support ticket.
One more question for you though. Shouldn't that w3wp.exe process
restart itself? I thought that the "rapid-fail" protection would
restart the process after a bit. But all ive seen is that only
manually restarting IIS solves the problem...until the next ntbackup
schedule.
