IUSR has full control of the c:\php folder as permissions to the processor
was one of the first things we thought of. Also has modify to the content
folder for the scripts. There's nothing on the server like URLScan or
Norton's blocking the scripts as far as I know. If there were, would you get
a regular server authentication dialog box? And would asp scripts work fine?
Anyway, there's av, sure, but if it was blocking the php scripts, there
should be alerts and log entries. There are none.
