Are you storing objects in the session?
Are you having an eternal loop?
Are you having the most recent SCRIPT version (5.6) which comes with IE 6
(sp1)...
Are you having the most recent ADO components

Next time, after updating, run IISSTATE 3.1

and look at the logs, it creates when your site crashes again...
