Jeff:

I also want to mention that I have tried creating just the data connection
portion of my page as a quick test. The test.asp page I setup with just the
database connection errors out the same as before the database connection
function is called.

I also converted the test page to a vbs script file and it runs fine when
executed. It will connect to the database and return data.

I have unitstalled both IIS and the Oracle Client. I reinstalled IIS then
restarted the server and then installed the Oracle Client and then restarted
the server again.

A step further. I acquired another test server and installed Windows 2003
Standard with all the updates on it. I then installed IIS and the Oracle
Client restarting the server and then performed same test on this server,
same problem as previously recored.

I even used a different Windows Server CD when I setup this new test server.
